Enchanted Hills Homeowner's Association, Neighborhood Association, Inc.'s Web Site Policy
The purpose of the Enchanted Hills Homeowner's Association (EHHA) Neighborhood Association website is to provide information about EHHA activities, meetings, and events. The website can also provide information on area services and attractions, including places of religious observance. The website may provide links to websites outside the EHHA website that also serve this purpose. EHHA is not responsible for and does not endorse the information on any linked website unless the EHHA website states otherwise.
The following criteria will be used to decide whether to grant requests for EHHA website links. If a particular request does not fit any of the following criteria, the EHHA Board will decide whether to approve the request. The EHHA will approve the requested website link if it serves the general purpose of the EHHA website.
The EHHA Website will provide links to websites for:
- Governmental and educational institutions
- Non-commercial organizations that provide services that are of interest to the residents of Enchanted Hills.
- Generally recognized community organizations
- Organizations providing information about art, cultural, and sporting activities in the Rio Rancho or Albuquerque area
- Organizations providing information about employment opportunities in the Rio Rancho or Albuquerque area
- Organizations providing information about tourist attractions in the Rio Rancho or Albuquerque area.
The EHHA website will not provide links to websites for:
- Candidates for local, state, or federal offices
- Political organizations or other organizations advocating a position on a local, state, or federal issue
- Religious organizations or leaders
- Corporate or other for-profit organizations unless they fit any of the criteria stated above
- Individual or personal home pages
The EHHA website will post information on:
- Issues that directly affect the residents of Enchanted Hills.
- Businesses that sponsor the EHHA Neighborhood Association website. These sponsors will pay a fee established by the EHHA Board of Directors and will be located on a sponsor's page. The EHHA Board of Directors also establishes the specifications for any sponsor's display advertisement.
- Neighborhood personal ads for lost pets, garage sales, need a ride, and other similar ads. The EHHA Board of Directors will determine if an ad meets the neighborhood criteria.
- EHHA meeting agendas.
- EHHA meeting minutes.
The Sponsor Fees are:
- For a six (6) sponsor ad the fee shall be $60.00.
- For a twelve (12) month sponsor ad the fee shall be $100.00.
The EHHA website will not post anything that:
- May be considered pornographic.
- Would be unsuitable for family viewing.
- Might be considered disrespectful or discriminatory against any individual or group on the basis of race, gender, age, religion or ethnic origin.
