Introduction
Called to Order by President at 7:07 PM.
Minutes of previous meeting (Treasurer’s report set aside for annual audit).
- Postpone approval of meeting minutes for April and May until next meeting. Motioned by Cynthia, Seconded by Cassandra, unanimously approved.
- Motion to move to set aside treasurers report for annual audit. Motioned by Cynthia, seconded by Cassandra, unanimously approved.
Old Business:
o Noise Barriers on Husky Drive
§ Cynthia will readdress letter to get information on Barriers
o Speeding on Husky Drive
§ Lt Adams (RRPD) indicated that he has asked for assistance from his officers.
o Update on PDV (Noise and Safety issues)
§ Request update from Scott Sensenbauer regarding road issues (Schedule of Construction). Noticing a few potential safety issues on area of construction.
New Business
o Roundabout at Enchanted Hills and Sprint (When are the public hearings / looking for a volunteer to research.)
§ Include in letter to Scott Sensenbauer for clarification. Another issue regarding sign issue (recycle) on Sprint to Enchanted Hills (copy to Lt Adams)
o TIDD (Tax Incentive Development District)
o Welcome of New Board Member (Margarita Araiza)
§ Brian appointed Margarita to EHHA’s board until April 2010
o BBQ Update
§ Lt. Adams will check with K9. Lt. Adams will be there for sure, possible tactical K9 representative, command vehicle, ATV’s Education.
§ Blue Star mothers is a possibility for the event.
§ Tent ($170.00) and Bouncer ($80.00) are secure
§ City of RR has 15 tables available / Church has 12 tables available.
§ Follow up with Permit
§ Because of prior engagements, the Mayor will attend briefly and Councilor Colley cannot attend.
o Open Discussion
§ Cynthia will check to see if the next board meeting can be held at DPS. Continue to discuss other venues for EHHA meetings.
Motion to adjourn by Brian, seconded by Dominic, all in favor/no opposed. Meeting adjourned at 7:48.
