Introduction
Called to Order by Vice President at 7:05 PM.
Minutes of previous meeting (Treasurers report set aside for annual audit).
- Agreed to approve April and May minutes via e-mail
- Treasurers Report presented by Treasurer. Will be set aside for annual audit.
Old Business:
o Noise Barriers on Husky Drive
§ Cynthia updated the group on Barriers. Explained that Councilor Colley has been asked questions regarding issue and is supposed to reply back to her. Cynthia requested that the organization escalate the question to Councilor Colley. Cynthia will draft and e-mail. (Cynthia moves, Cassandra seconds. Board recommends pursuing and renewing interest in action by DOT and City of RR to address noise issues along 550 and 528. All in favor, no opposition.) Secretary will ensure a record of the event is catalogued.
o Update on PDV (Noise and Safety issues)
§ Discussed current situation among attendees.
New Business
o Need information on Holiday Home decorating contests. Cheryl will email press release. Replace Fall BBQ sign with Holiday light sign. Judging will be on the 19DEC09. Nominations will be submitted by 18DEC09.
o $25.00 gift certificate given to Ed Bogle in drawing contest.
o Roundabout: Discussion among members.
o TIDD (Tax Incentive Development District)
§ City of RR will consider on 18NOV09 meeting. Public Hearing will be held.
