Welcome: 7:05 PM Start to meeting initiated by Brian
Approval of last meeting minutes: Cheryl moved to accept / Cassandra seconded
Treasurer report: January – February: Financial committee has been reviewing the books. Finance committee will be ready to turn over books to audit committee.
Old Business:
1. Members of EHHA may propose items for budget consideration. Members will bring forth their requests to a board member.
2. Road Bond reminder for March 10, 2009. Road Bond passed.
3. Follow up on the City of RR PDV Landscaping Committee. Todd Hawthorne will finalize landscape committee and let the EHHA know who is on it. Cynthia motioned for a letter to be drafted by the EHHA board regarding the noise barriers construction with PDV. Cynthia seconded. Cynthia will draft and send to Brian.
4. Signage Update: Cathy Colley indicated that a landscape contractor has been selected.
5. Easter Egg Hunt: Filling eggs on the 28th (7553 Ottowa Drive). April 4th @ 1030 the Egg Hunt will commence. Field will be set up beginning @ 8:00.
New Business
1. New Treasurer appointment: Ora Hearn has been appointed as the treasurer thru next April. Brian requested that Cassandra read the financial records. (See Attachments) Motion by Cheryl to set aside worksheets for audit. Seconded by Paula.
2. Financial Committee is finalizing review of financial records and report will be available in April.
3. Amendment of By-Laws is in process. They will go to vote of General Membership on April 09, 2009. They will be available on March 26, 2009 on the EHHA Website. They will be brought to the next general meeting. A board member will provide if requested.
4. Membership forms may be placed on the mailbox Kiosk.
5. Door Prizes were given to Paula (Desert Beauty) and Lara (Baby Buddah).
6. Motion to end meeting by Brian, seconded by Cynthia.
Lt. Adams:
- Briefing on May 22-23 by Enchanted Vista Apts. regarding future operations.
- LT. Adams and other personnel will be present at the Easter Egg Hunt.
- Brian asked about a visit by Gang Task Force update from Lt. Adams.
- Follow up with CENTEX on road behind Roosevelt Loop to determine ownership of property.
