EHHA invites residents and organizations to submit items for our Community Events page.
Our Community Events page(s) is designed to announce educational, recreational, charitable and service activities which are open to the general public. Activities announced by community service groups, governmental agencies, educational institutions, faith-based organizations, professional associations and commercial businesses must serve a charitable or educational purpose. We do not advertise commercial or partisan political events, and will not post messages from political candidates or campaign organizations.
CONTENT GUIDELINES:
For the security of our website, we cannot accept audio, video or links to other websites.
We cannot accept items containing information which may be (or which EHHA’s board considers to be or to possibly be) illegal, misleading, libelous, pornographic, detrimental to EHHA’s officers and/or members, or pose a risk to EHHA’s nonprofit status.
Final determination (with no recourse by or to the submitter(s)) on the suitability of any or all items submitted will be made by EHHA’s Webmaster and/or the EHHA Board of Directors. EHHA reserves the right to edit messages, including photos, to fit in what EHHA deems as available space.
Messages should be 200 words or less and photos are also welcome.
When submitting an item, PLEASE INCLUDE:
1. Description of activity;
2. Date, time and location of activity – including map and directions, if available;
3. Contact information including website address, contact name, email address and telephone number if available.
EHHA reserves the right to remove items from its website, including from its Community Events page(s), without notice and without recourse.
Submission may be made to NeighborhoodNews@ehha.us. Submission of any and all items will be construed by EHHA of the submitter’s acceptance of the above CONTENT GUIDELINES.
