As Rio Rancho residents who call the Enchanted Hills area home, we are a voluntary, nongoverning nonprofit neighborhood association.
Our mission is to promote a diverse and sustainable Enchanted Hills community by:
- Working together to improve our quality of life;
- Giving residents a forum to discuss and resolve common concerns;
- Promoting community values, both tangible and intangible;
- Supporting responsible growth and development;
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment;
- Sponsoring community beautification and conservation projects;
- Bringing neighbors together for recreational activities;
- Uniting Enchanted Hills residents with other concerned citizens in matters involving our larger metropolitan and regional communities.
Our full legal name is Enchanted Hills Homeowner's Association, Neighborhood Association, Inc. We are also known as EHHA Neighborhood Association, EHHA, the Enchanted Hills Homeowner's Association, or the Enchanted Hills Neighborhood Association.

Enchanted Hills Neighborhood Association Signage
During the City Council meeting on Oct. 28, 2009, EHHA's President and Vice President presented the City a plaque in appreciation for their efforts to provide residents of Enchanted Hills with four locations of signage to promote the Association and awareness of various community events. The four signs are within the medians near the intersections of Enchanted Hills Blvd & Lincoln, Sprint & 550, Santa Fe Hills & 550, and Enchanted Hills Blvd & Chayote Road. Contractors and City crews completed this project during the summer of 2009. For more information on its history, click here.
